Floor Inspection
We assess the wood condition, thickness, and existing finish to confirm the floor can be refinished and determine the best approach.
Furniture & Prep
We move furniture, seal off work areas to contain dust, and protect adjacent surfaces before sanding begins.
Multi-Pass Sanding
We sand with progressively finer grits to remove the old finish and any surface damage, leaving a smooth, open-grain surface.
Stain Application
You choose from a range of stain colors — or keep the natural wood tone. We apply evenly and let it cure fully before finishing.
Finish Coats
We apply multiple coats of oil-based or water-based finish, sanding lightly between coats for a flawless, durable surface.
